Responsibilities

Lead and manage transformation initiatives, tracking all action items, risks, and decisions with clear accountability

Develop and maintain roadmaps, timelines, change management plans, and status reports to ensure alignment with business objectives

Facilitate workshops and discussions to define priorities, success measures, and desired outcomes

Create and communicate clear, impactful documentation to support decision-making and motivate stakeholders

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project delivery, track outcomes, and encourage continuous innovation and improvement

Required

3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager

Experience leading high-impact transformation initiatives

ERP / Financial System Experience: Preferably Oracle Financial implementations; however, candidates with a finance or banking background or strong experience in finance-related projects are encouraged to apply

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and JIRA

Familiarity with PMBOK, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, Scrum/Agile (Scrum Master), Kanban, Iterative (RUP), and Organizational Change Management

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in fast-paced environments

Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 3 years of professional project management experience

Preferred

PMP, Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Business Analyst (BA), ScrumMaster
