RightClick is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist to support day-to-day investment operations with a strong focus on cost basis accuracy, reporting, and data integrity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and Excel-savvy, with experience within an RIA.

Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile accurate cost basis information across client portfolios
Support trade processing, settlements, and post-trade operational activities
Prepare and analyze portfolio and performance reports using Excel
Utilize advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, sorting, and formulas
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, transactions, and cost basis
Collaborate with advisors, portfolio managers, and custodians to ensure operational accuracy

Required

Proven experience working with cost basis data
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation
Prior experience in portfolio operations, investment operations, or a similar role
