Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation, ensuring all project milestones and deliverables are met

Collaborate with the systems integrator and internal teams to coordinate project activities and dependencies

Maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk/issue logs

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on priorities, decisions, and outcomes

Ensure successful delivery of Oracle Financials modules and integration with existing enterprise systems

Qualification

Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementationOracle Financials experienceIT project managementOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in large-scale ERP implementations

Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations as a project manager

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Comfortable working onsite 3–4 days per week in Ft. Lauderdale

Preferred

Oracle Financials experience strongly preferred
