Responsibilities
Utilize advanced statistical methods to develop predictive algorithms of methodological and clinical data
Develop dashboards and web applications to enable Medpace teams’ access to, and interpretation of, clinical operations data
Translate the results of feasibility research and analysis into compelling data visualizations which illustrate the overall feasibility strategy for proposals and bid defense meetings
Perform comprehensive review of data sources to deliver high quality informatics data and analysis to teams
Develop and map database architecture of methodological and clinical data systems
Support departmental process improvement initiatives; and
Participate in training and development of more junior team members
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in informatics, computer science/engineering, health information, statistics, or related field required
1-2 years direct experience applying machine learning to pharmaceutical or clinical data (or translatable artificial intelligence [ai] techniques)
Analytical thinker with great attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within tight timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
PhD preferred
Advanced computer programming skills (preferred language: R)
