Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, Macs, and peripherals (printers, docks, scanners, etc.)
Monitor incident queues, take ownership of issues, and assist end users
Maintain accurate and well-documented support tickets
Develop and share resolution documentation with other IT teams
Monitor device compliance, SCCM client health, patching, and OS/application issues
Escalate and collaborate with teams such as SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and IT Service Desk
Qualification
Required
3+ years supporting PCs in a large enterprise environment (1,000+ devices)
3+ years deploying, imaging, and maintaining PCs
3+ years working in large Active Directory domain environments
Hands-on experience with hardware installation, configuration, and repair
Experience with disk encryption, antivirus, and endpoint security tools
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO troubleshooting, and name resolution
Profile and certificate management (Windows & macOS)
Remote support tools (SCCM Remote, RDP, ARD)
MS Office 365 application support (Windows & macOS)
Experience integrating macOS systems into AD domains
Preferred
PowerShell and VBScript scripting
SCCM reporting, queries, and OSD Task Sequences
MDT and MDOP experience
Microsoft certifications
