As an International Tax Senior Manager, you will ensure compliance and drive excellence in global tax operations, overseeing international tax compliance, managing complex tax computations, and collaborating on audits.

Responsibilities

Lead U.S. international tax compliance: Oversee and review informational returns (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865) and disclosures for accuracy and compliance with domestic and foreign tax laws
Manage complex tax computations: Including GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, Country-by-Country Reporting, and Foreign Tax Credit
Ensure compliance for critical filings: U.S. Withholding Tax Reporting (Form 1042), Annual Residency Certification (Forms 8802/6166), and U.S. Territories Income Tax Reporting (Form 1120-F)
Collaborate on audits: Prepare responses to tax audit information requests
Maintain tax attribute tracking and provide leadership, counseling, and career guidance to staff

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or comparable education
8+ years' experience working in a Fortune 500 tax department or public accounting firm
Knowledge of international tax concepts, including GILTI, Subpart F, and BEAT
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred

CPA or advanced degree including MBA, MBT, or equivalent
Experience working with OneSource Income Tax software
Experience managing and developing people
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
Proven attention to detail with strong organizational skills
