Responsibilities

Creating offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process

Coordinating with Regional Paint Engineer study, conducting trials, and evaluating based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost

Supporting Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for sealer, UBC, and dampening coat robot processes

Supporting Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for primer, base, clear and interior robot processes

Leading all meetings with related groups, document creation, and supporting the plants in the process

Required

Programming paint robots offline programming software or equivalent

Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
