Responsibilities

Lead test planning, execution, and defect management using Jira and TM4J

Perform end-to-end testing of healthcare claims and provider systems

Execute functional testing across Java, WebSphere, and Oracle environments

Design and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, and Applitools

Conduct performance testing using LoadView and WebLOAD

Validate Section 508 accessibility and perform security testing

Perform backend data validation using SQL

Provide QA leadership and mentoring to test team members
