Responsibilities
Lead Daily Operations & Performance – Oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day function, full capacity utilization, and a high standard of service delivery
Maximize Efficiency Through Data-Driven Decisions – Analyze and act on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency, treatment integrity, and financial success
Optimize Scheduling & Compliance – Manage and ensure the accuracy of scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping systems while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and funding requirements
Ensure Financial Health & Resource Allocation – Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure clients receive their full recommended treatment dosage while maintaining fiscal responsibility
Create a Best-in-Class Employee & Client Experience – Maintain a well-equipped, organized, and high-performing center that fosters a positive, engaging environment for both employees and clients
Develop & Lead High-Performing Teams – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
Enhance Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment – Build strong relationships between staff, clinicians, and families to support seamless therapy delivery and operational success
Problem-Solve & Adapt in a Constantly Changing Environment – Identify challenges, implement proactive solutions, and execute strategies to continuously improve center performance
Facilitate Communication & Change Management – Lead meetings, provide clear updates on initiatives, and champion company strategies with a solutions-oriented mindset
Strengthen Community & Referral Partnerships – Collaborate with local organizations to expand resources, build referral networks, and support census growth
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Intermediate computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry
Good planning and organizational skills
Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
1-3 years previous experience in a management role
Ability to multi-task in a busy office with frequent interruptions
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field
Prior administrative experience
Multilingual English and Spanish
Knowledge of general Human Resources
