Responsibilities
Design and implement MANTAS 8.x architecture solutions within the OFSAA framework
Configure behavior detection frameworks, scenarios, and rules to meet business and compliance needs
Perform threshold tuning and optimize detection logic for accuracy and efficiency
Conduct upgrade impact analysis (from 8.0.6 to 8.1.x) and ensure smooth migration
Integrate Enterprise Case Management (ECM) with MANTAS for streamlined workflows
Execute performance tuning to enhance system scalability and response times
Maintain and optimize data models and metadata for compliance and reporting
Assess and implement regulatory compliance implications in system design and configuration
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in OFSAA/MANTAS 8.x architecture and related components
Strong knowledge of behavior detection frameworks, scenario configuration, and rule management
Hands-on experience with threshold tuning and performance optimization
Proven ability to perform upgrade impact analysis and manage version migrations
Familiarity with ECM integration and case management workflows
Solid understanding of data models, metadata management, and compliance reporting
Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements in financial crime and AML domains
