Responsibilities
Help branch personnel with parts, pricing and quotes
Get projects shipped out to customer sites as needed
Fully support the materials / inventory needs of Puretecs operating departments
May be needed at customers sites to help with jobs occasionally
Responsible for collecting and submitting service and delivery orders to main office
Responsible for helping customers who come to branch office with requests and orders
Will accept and process shipments that come to the branch office
Handles direct ships for the branch
Prepare purchase requisitions and submit to purchasing
Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity and work closely with other departments to complete common goals
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
