Responsibilities

Design and develop AI/ML systems in an Azure environment: Build, train, and optimize models for natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics

Prompt engineering: Create, refine, and test prompts to maximize performance of large language models and generative AI systems

Implement RPA solutions: Automate workflows and repetitive tasks using RPA tools integrated with AI/ML capabilities

Conduct advanced research: Apply AI/ML techniques to explore new methodologies, uncover insights, and support strategic decision-making

Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with data scientists, researchers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Maintain and scale systems: Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of deployed AI/ML and RPA solutions

Stay current with emerging technologies: Monitor industry trends and integrate cutting-edge AI/ML advancements into organizational practices

Active Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics or similar

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, automation, or applied research

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering for generative AI applications

Ability to independently conduct applied research and translate findings into practical solutions

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, agile environments

Preferred

Masters Degree

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI/ML deployment

Background in advanced analytics, data mining, or knowledge graphs

Exposure to MLOps practices for model lifecycle management

Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
