Responsibilities
Analyze and provide insights into monthly P&L trends, prepare management reporting for board of directors
Analyze and prepare trend reports for weekly committees
Together with the IT department, work in the functionality of a BI data base and reporting infrastructure
Coordinate the budgeting process across departments. Cost planning and cost of goods sold(COGS) planning along with raw material spend analysis
Analyze greenfield investments and other special projects as assigned
Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, business profitability and operating forecasts
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
2+ years of experience in Accounting or Analysis
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to work under pressure and to balance multiple tasks simultaneously with strict attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Strong problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Desired inventory/raw material analysis / forecasting and some supply chain
