Complaints Handler
ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Complaints Handler to manage customer complaints and ensure quality operations. The role involves handling complaints via phone and email, performing data entry, and maintaining detailed records in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints via phone and email (50% calls / 50% email)
Perform administrative data entry and documentation in Excel
Collect and document customer and product information
Route inquiries to the correct internal teams and follow through to resolution
Make outbound calls to confirm receipt of notifications
Maintain detailed call logs and records
Escalate complex or urgent issues as needed
Follow quality procedures and compliance guidelines
Qualification
Required
Customer service or complaint intake experience
Strong Excel & Outlook skills (VLOOKUP is a plus)
Comfortable handling phone-based communication
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
High school diploma required
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Experience in a regulated industry (medical, healthcare, pharma, etc.)
Exposure to quality or compliance documentation
