The role involves welcoming guests, monitoring games, and ensuring a memorable experience while maintaining company standards.

Welcome guests and assist in the check-in process
Brief and debrief guests on their live escape game experience
Monitor and run escape games
Recover game rooms quickly to maintain a schedule
Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards
Handle unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Guest service experience a plus
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work well as a team
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the event business, including weekends and holidays
