Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions
Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings

Minimum Required: Bachelors' degree
Minimum Required: 3 to 6 years investment banking experience as a financial analyst and associate, or similar experience in a legal firm
Minimum Required: NASD licenses
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
