Responsibilities

Interface with faculty, staff, and students on a daily basis to solve technical issues
Work individually and on a team environment to complete tickets and meet end user needs in a timely manner
Support end users by answering telephone calls, online ticket requests, and walk-ins
Provide training in classroom technology for faculty and students in both physical and virtual environments
Other support duties as assigned
Regular on the job attendance and timeliness
Perform other related duties as assigned and specific to area of responsibility

Required

The candidate must be a professing Christ follower who possesses a strong commitment to the mission and core values of Southwestern Seminary and Texas Baptist College
Possess a clear understanding of Southern Baptist heritage and culture
Agrees to serve in accordance with and not contrary to the current edition of the Baptist Faith and Message
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Successful completion of background check, MVR, and credit check may be required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Highly relational with a passion for customer service
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and accountable
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred

College degree preferred
CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
