Boxout is a culture-driven, family-owned specialty distributor focused on health and wellness markets. They are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, develop strategies for pipeline growth, and ensure consistent execution of sales practices.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed goals
Develop strategies that drive pipeline growth and conversion
Manage and monitor sales disciplines and best-practice processes to ensure consistent execution
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance management
Collaborate across teams, including customer service, operations, and account management, to align sales efforts with company goals
Execute the 2026 Business Plan and contribute to long-term growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
A proven performer with demonstrated success managing and developing inside sales teams
A hands-on leader who knows how to win and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
Strong communication, coaching, and motivational abilities
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for team success
Preferred
Experience in distribution, healthcare, or B2B sales environments is a plus
