Qualification
Required
Business Analysis Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in business analysis within an agile environment, focusing on requirements gathering, documentation, and delivering business solutions
User Story and Acceptance Criteria Development: Ability to write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs in alignment with project goals
Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements using tools like JIRA, Confluence
Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with customers and stakeholders to bridge gaps between technical teams and business units
Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to support decision-making and ensure data integrity
Testing Support: Familiarity with supporting QA teams during User Acceptance Testing by validating requirements and ensuring the delivery meets business expectations
Preferred
Candidates who posses Lending/Financial services experience highly preferred
