Responsibilities
Lead and participate in enterprise-sized client engagements, leveraging advanced expertise in Anaplan and finance to design and implement multi-dimensional models
Collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring successful execution of complex projects while maintaining the highest standards of delivery excellence, meeting utilization goals, and achieving project milestones
Mentor team members, drive thought leadership, and participate in business development activities to support the growth of the company
Lead the implementation of large, complex projects, including managing sprints and stand-ups
Lead quality assurance (QA) and testing efforts, writing test scripts, and creating user stories
Deliver high-quality solutions consistently, engaging with fully referenceable clients
Architect end-to-end solutions with multiple use cases and data integration
Demonstrate successful use of Agile methodologies, including leading small use case sprints and stand-ups
Compile and analyze data effectively to solve complex problems and present solutions clearly and confidently
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, maintaining standards
Qualification
Required
Certified Anaplan Model Builder or Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analysis, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
3-5 years of project management, consulting, or technical experience
SME Industry level of expertise and deep knowledge of industry and solution build best practices
Extensive experience in model building/design, with expertise in leading and designing complex, enterprise-level solutions
Independently leads enterprise engagements and provides strategic oversight
Architects and implements advanced models for strategic clients, leads multiple model building sessions, and ensures delivery excellence
Anaplan Model Builder certification, with significant progress towards Solution Architect certification
Current Permanent US Work Authorization Required
Preferred
5-7 years of progressively responsible project management, consulting, or technical experience, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance
Experience managing complex projects, possibly on a global scale, understanding diverse regulatory environments and business practices
Proven track record of addressing and solving complex business problems with innovative solutions
Expertise in leading organizational change initiatives, with a strong focus on change management strategies
Experience in mentoring and developing junior consultants and team members
Demonstrated involvement in business development activities, identifying new opportunities, and expanding client engagements
Deep expertise in advanced Anaplan functionalities and integrations, along with experience in complementary technologies
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including utilization rates, project delivery, and client satisfaction scores
