Responsibilities
Adapt BisTrack product to meet specific customer business needs
Coach and mentor PS Consultants, ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery
Assist Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for an area of the project
Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and Customer organizations
Ensure all deliverables in your area of responsibility are delivered on time and on budget
Qualification
Required
Expertise in all core modules of the BisTrack Software required
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred
5+ years of experience in Lumber and Building Materials
5+ years of consulting experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with BisTrack, including its Schema, Business Intelligence (Smart Views, Smart Objects, Dashboards), and eBusiness agent and settings
Extensive knowledge of the LBM industry, including how customers operate their day-to-day business and knowledge of LBM products, including board foot calculations
Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently
