Head of Sales (Upstream, Midstream and Power)
Radix is an international group of consultants focused on helping customers revolutionize their business challenges through digital technologies. The Head of Sales is responsible for delivering sales targets in the Upstream, Midstream, and Power sectors by developing sales strategies, leading a team, and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for segments and clients, in alignment with company objectives
Lead a team of Account Managers and Business Developers
Lead the execution of our sales processes across the group, maintaining standardization and cadence
Create proposals for potential clients, showcasing our solutions and value proposition
Identify and prospect clients that align with our business strategy and target market
Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs
Follow up on generated proposals, ensuring timely communication and addressing client queries
Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to drive growth
Conduct thorough needs assessments for each client, understanding their requirements and pain points
Work with operations management to ensure that execution team training requirements meet our customer’s needs
Support the operations team in managing the relationship of current customers
Keep business leadership informed by providing timely updates, relevant information, and key indicators
Participate in budget planning providing insights on client plans and investments
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to define potential offerings and their business case
Collaborate with our Partners to define and deliver joint sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal corporate groups such as Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Technical Horizontals to plan and deliver actions needed to support our business development across existing customers and new logos
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive sales leadership with proven revenue impact
Strong background in B2B/enterprise solutions
Energy Industry network, knowledge and experience
Technology and Engineering Services knowledge and experience
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, relationship building and communication skills
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities

MBA or advanced degree preferred
