Mid, Senior LevelVisionet Systems Inc. is seeking a Retail CPG Subject Matter Expert with strong Go-To-Market experience to support customer engagements and solution development. This role will work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to shape GTM strategies and ensure alignment with retail and CPG industry needs.

Responsibilities
Act as a Retail CPG domain expert, providing industry insights across sales and delivery engagements
Support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development for retail and CPG offerings
Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales, solutioning, and customer discussions
Translate customer business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
Contribute to proposal development, presentations, and client-facing materials
Advise on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape in Retail & CPG
Work with internal stakeholders to align solutions with customer expectations and market demand
Support positioning of offerings related to merchandising, supply chain, pricing, promotions, and store operations (as applicable)
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in the Retail and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives
Solid understanding of retail business processes and operating models
Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders in a consultative manner
Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, product)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience in consulting, pre-sales, or solution advisory roles
Familiarity with retail analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms
Experience working in global or multi-region engagements
Prior exposure to and working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
