Administrative Assistant/Front Desk- Vacation Property Management
Bailey Properties, Inc. is a vacation property management company seeking an Administrative Assistant / Front Desk to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves greeting guests, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth operational processes for a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and respond to inquiries regarding accommodation and services
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
Maintain and update booking reservations, guest records, and internal databases
Help maintain an active and consistent social media presence by assisting with content uploads and basic platform management
Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Oversee the coordination and delivery of operational supplies to and from properties, ensuring homes are guest-ready
Support property management operations, including supply inventory tracking, inspections as directed, and coordination of cleaning services
Organize, file, and manage property keys
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Serve as a liaison between guests and the management team
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to reservations and operations
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repair services
Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in hospitality or administrative management are a plus)
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles; hospitality or real estate experience preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor
Preferred
Experience in vacation rental or property management
Knowledge of local attractions and services to enhance guest experiences
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
