Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare-focused interior projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, contractors, and A&D firms
Create detailed space plans, presentations, and live design workshops (in-person & virtual)
Solve complex design and technical challenges using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360
Apply relevant codes, regulations, and ADA compliance to project documentation
Manage multiple active projects with precision and a client-first mindset
Support and train team members on design tools and project systems when needed

Required

5+ years of interior design or architectural experience (workplace and/or healthcare design preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, CET, CAP 2020 Worksheet, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and strong design documentation
Excellent communication and presentation skills; client-facing experience is a must
Strong understanding of healthcare planning, building codes, and sustainable design
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license required for occasional site visits and vendor meetings

Preferred

NCIDQ or CID accreditation preferred; LEED or WELL certification a plus
