Responsibilities

Lead the ERP development roadmap and modernization of F&O, refactoring legacy customizations into extension-based architecture

Design and govern integrations across LS Central/POS, e-commerce, CRM, WMS, and vendor APIs

Oversee data migration, ETL, validation, and master data governance

Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and standardized deployments

Lead and mentor a team of F&O developers, embedding Agile and DevOps best practices

Act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and the ERP roadmap, supporting governance, incident management, and disaster recovery planning
