Responsibilities
Drive RFx responses and win themes, deliver compelling demos, and guide post-sale solution alignment to ensure smooth transitions
Engage executive, HR, and IT stakeholders to uncover pain points specific to manufacturing and high-tech and architect tailored Cloud HCM solutions (i.e., skills and certification tracking, quality and safety compliance, and high-volume recruiting)
Represent Oracle in industry forums and customer briefings; translate trends like skills-based organizations, connected worker, contingent workforce growth, and global compliance
Showcase Oracle’s AI capabilities (i.e., Skills inference, talent matching, internal mobility, and learning personalization)
Partner with other lines of business and implementation partners to align go-to-market plays, ensure roadmap fit for manufacturing/high-tech needs, and influence product enhancements
Provide presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision
Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants
Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations
Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions
Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products
Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English
Deep HCM expertise with emphasis on: Recruiting, Talent (goals, performance, succession), and Learning (compliance and skills)
Proven success leading complex pre-sales motions: Discovery, solution design, RFx, competitive positioning, executive and tailored demonstrations
Strong industry fluency in manufacturing and high-tech: Multi-plant operations, shift workforces, contingent/union labor, regulated training, skills taxonomies, multi-country compliance, and shared services operating models
Practical AI/ML acumen applied to workforce use cases: Scheduling optimization, skills intelligence, talent matching, and predictive insights across attrition, absenteeism, and demand
Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to simplify complex solutions
Builder and Growth mindset: Be curious! Comfortable configurating software and creating reusable frameworks that scale
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and guiding customers from vision to adoption

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
