Responsibilities
Predictive Maintenance: Implementing strategies to anticipate and prevent equipment failures before they occur, often using data analysis and monitoring techniques
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM): Developing and refining maintenance plans based on the criticality and failure modes of electrical assets
Data Analysis: Analyzing equipment performance data, identifying trends, and predicting potential issues
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigating failures to determine the underlying causes and prevent recurrence
Asset Management: Managing the lifecycle of electrical assets, including their maintenance, upgrades, and replacement
Troubleshooting: Assisting with troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues, often in collaboration with maintenance teams
System Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of electrical systems
Monitoring Automation: Developing and enhancing automated monitoring systems to track equipment health and performance
Compliance: Ensuring that electrical systems and maintenance practices comply with industry standards and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of Experience
BS in Electrical Engineering
Experience with Electrical Reliability's duties listed above
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivating, self-managing individual
Preferred
Professional License (Electrical) in the state of Texas is a plus
Strong experience with ETAP or SKM Electrical Power System Analysis software is a plus
