Responsibilities
Handle the day-to-day aspects of First Party cases, including client meetings, reporting and investigation, and taking and attending depositions, hearings, mediations and arbitrations and/or trials
Independently handle cases or work closely with a partner depending on the size and exposure of the case
Qualification
Required
2 to 10 years' experience in civil litigation
Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure
Excellent advocacy and writing skills
Open to travel within Texas
Valid Texas BAR license
Preferred
Litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions
Drafting and arguing motions
Attending mediations
