Digital Crisis Management is a startup focused on helping individuals and businesses protect their reputations online. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to manage the entire outbound sales process, identifying and closing opportunities with clients dealing with reputational risks.

Responsibilities
Full-cycle outbound sales: prospecting → outreach → discovery → close
Identify opportunities with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and businesses experiencing online crises or reputational issues
Research and target companies or individuals with negative content, press, or digital risk exposure
Contact decision-makers and generate interest in our services
Manage your own pipeline and sales activity
Work directly with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Qualification
Required
Comfortable owning the entire outbound sales process end-to-end
Self-directed, resilient, and motivated by performance-based upside
Sales professionals comfortable with outbound and full sales cycles
Strong communicators who can handle sensitive, high-stakes conversations
Self-starters who don't need hand-holding
Preferred
Experience in identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with individuals and organizations dealing with reputational risk or negative online content
Ability to research and target companies or individuals with negative content, press, or digital risk exposure
Experience in managing your own pipeline and sales activity
Ability to work directly with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
