Customer Service Manager
PTI is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead front-office operations at their Indianapolis facility. This role involves overseeing customer-facing processes, ensuring compliance with established SOPs, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver timely service.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day customer service and front-office operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests and inquiries
Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs and approval processes
Coordinate estimating, order entry, scheduling, and internal communication
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-through using company systems
Monitor workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Identify issues, escalate appropriately, and follow defined processes
Support continuous improvement of customer service operations
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a customer service, office management, or operations role
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Ability to type accurately and efficiently on a computer
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to follow written procedures and instructions precisely
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, consistent, and accountable work habits
Preferred
Supervisory or team lead experience
Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or process-driven environment
Comfort learning and working within multiple software systems
