The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and assisting in human resources functions while gaining exposure to the culinary business operations.

Responsibilities
Develops and maintains cooperative and congenial relationships with staff in other departments
Greet guests and act as first point of contact for all guests
Proactively addresses customer and client needs
Models the Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
Ensure cleanliness and presentability of facility
Successfully operate POS system
Understanding of company standards and cost controls
Work with leadership to understand how to effectively operate a business through the lens of finances, supply chain, marketing, and organizational structure
Assist in talent acquisition tasks
Help draft and implement action plans to influence team member engagement
Observe disciplinary process
Qualification
Required
Current university student pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to learn and apply new information
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and technologically savvy
Confident with a friendly personality
A demonstrated team player
