Reviewing fiscal operations to ensure integrity, accuracy, and control of data

Preparing and presenting financial reports utilizing MS Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables

Ensuring financial compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and department rules, policies, standards and practices

Reconciling financial allocations and reports

Analyzing, summarizing, and reviewing data and interpreting results and making recommendations

Researching and reviewing financial records, transactions, and documentation

Coordinating with division program staff to complete assigned duties

Manages accounting or budget activities and provides fiscal information
