The Pharma Mechanic role involves supporting day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of GMP manufacturing utilities and facilities.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain high-pressure boiler systems , chillers, compressors, and plant utilities
Monitor and maintain WFI, PW, RO, clean steam, and wastewater systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and utility equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support manufacturing uptime
Complete GMP documentation, logbooks, and maintenance records
Support audits, inspections, and deviation investigations
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and GMP requirements
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in GMP pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience in utilities, facilities maintenance, or boiler operations
Strong understanding of GMP documentation and safety standards
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
High-pressure boiler license or certification
Experience supporting biologics manufacturing facilities
CMMS experience
