Responsibilities
Oversees the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and feature development
Establishes the efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the digital product roadmap to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry
Develops technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the digital product team
Delivers innovative solutions that integrate with co-existing technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry
Decides targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
Facilitates cross-functional communication and collaboration, building strong relationships across all organizational levels
Defines strategy for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation
Creates features and stories for current and future products based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and customer experience needs
Coordinates with engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in an agile development environment
Applies advanced leadership skills to recruit, hire, and develop product management talent, ensuring best practices are embedded in strategies and offerings
Qualification
Required
7+ years work experience
Preferred
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
