Planet Pharma is establishing a new facility and is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the organization and standardization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role involves organizing, editing, and ensuring the consistency of SOPs generated by multiple technical teams while collaborating with various contributors to produce high-quality documentation.

Responsibilities

Organize, edit, and standardize SOPs and related documentation generated by multiple technical teams

Ensure formatting and structural consistency across all documents

Compile and integrate content from multiple contributors into cohesive, high quality SOPs

Partner with technicians and team leads to collect missing information and finalize documentation

Maintain version control and ensure documents meet internal standards for facility start-up readiness

Manage assigned sets of SOPs (e.g., a portion of ~100 documents across ~6 teams)

Support improvements to documentation processes and templates as needed

Required

5–10 years of experience in technical writing, document control, or similar roles

Proficiency in formatting, editing, and document structure

Preferred

GMP experience (preferred but not required)

Exposure to regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical device, or similar) is a plus but not necessary
