Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for capital raising activities
Manage calendars, schedule investor meetings, and coordinate travel
Prepare and edit investor correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized digital filing systems for investor documents
Handle confidential investor information with discretion
Manage Zoho CRM tasks: data entry, reporting, dashboards, and workflow updates
Support email campaigns and marketing automation in Zoho
Assist with webinar coordination and investor event logistics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
0–2 years of experience
Interest in business development and/or sales
Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required: Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
