Responsibilities
Operationalize approved Primary Market Research (PMR) plans and manage associated workflows
Coordinate vendor identification, selection, and oversight throughout project lifecycles
Act as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders across compliance, finance, and patient advocacy
Manage external vendors (fieldwork, recruiting, etc.) to ensure high-quality execution
Manage sponsorship and compliance processes, including documentation, system entries, and approvals
Support leadership through meeting preparation, documentation, and executive briefings
Enable smooth cross-functional coordination by creating operational documents, tracking milestones, and responding to team inquiries
Maintain oversight of workflows to ensure alignment with internal governance and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, market research, patient engagement, or clinical development
Proven ability to manage complex operational processes with precision and attention to detail
Experience in matrixed environments and strong stakeholder coordination skills
Familiarity with compliance-related workflows (e.g., IRB, FMV/CBI, legal/medical review)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Project management discipline with a knack for creating structure and momentum
Strong client-facing and consultative skills
Preferred
Experience supporting patient advocacy or insights functions
Background working with market research agencies, vendors, or cross-functional external partners
High comfort level navigating compliance-heavy and ambiguous environments
