Founding Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
Support the sales team in discovery, demos, and technical presentations
Translate customer needs into tailored solutions using the platform’s capabilities
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects, ensuring smooth technical evaluation
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape solutions for client requirements
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding best practices for compliance, integration, and workflow
Provide feedback from the field to influence product roadmap
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role (preferably within SaaS, fintech, regtech, or compliance solutions)
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS workflows, APIs, and integrations
Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable running demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts with enterprise customers
Based in NYC
Preferred
Experience in financial services, compliance, or risk management is a plus
