Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and strategic goals
Monitor trends, analytics, and platform updates to continuously improve reach and engagement
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
Manage and optimize Google My Business listings across multiple locations (as applicable)
Ensure accuracy of business information, hours, photos, and posts
Monitor and respond to reviews, escalating issues when appropriate
Support local SEO efforts through consistent and timely updates
Assist with development of marketing materials, campaigns, and internal/external communications
Support brand storytelling through written content, visuals, and short-form copy
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, photos, and updates
Assist with event promotion, announcements, and campaigns
Maintain content calendars, deadlines, and approvals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines
Organize digital assets including photos, videos, and files
Support administrative and coordination needs for the Marketing & Communications team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications
Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools

Preferred

Experience managing or supporting Google My Business strongly preferred
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Familiarity with analytics platforms and reporting
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
Experience supporting brand or corporate communications
