Business Development Executive
Transformation Hospitality Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth by selling temporary and direct-hire staffing services to hotels and hospitality groups nationwide. The role involves prospecting, developing, and closing new business while leveraging existing hotel relationships to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business with hotels and hospitality groups
Sell temporary and direct-hire staffing solutions across multiple departments (front of house, back of house, housekeeping, F&B, events, etc.)
Leverage your existing hotel relationships to open doors and grow revenue
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution
Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of hotel clients
Partner closely with operations/recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales to hotels or hospitality groups
Experience selling staffing/services strongly preferred (hospitality staffing a major plus)
Existing network of hotel decision-makers (GMs, HR leaders, regional ops, procurement, management companies)
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience with hospitality staffing agencies
Experience selling outsourced hotel services (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, events, linen, security, etc.)
Experience with national or multi-property hotel groups
