Responsibilities

Directly manage security incidents worldwide, working with response stakeholders and notifying key partner teams
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure the effective triage and escalation of security incidents
Draft written products and emergency communications with a high level of accuracy and detail
Navigate a suite of technical resources to retrieve information and create reports in support of incident and crisis management activities as directed
Participate in drills and table-top exercises, recommending improvements to BAC practices

Required

Two (2) years of experience related to emergency management, GSOC operations, or other incident management roles in a high-volume, high-intensity environment
Demonstrated experience managing security incidents and crises
Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in high-stress situations
Proven writing skills to include drafting, editing, and publishing written products such as incident reports, messaging products, and security alerts
Demonstrated ability to quickly collect and analyze data necessary to brief stakeholders on important, time sensitive security issues

Preferred

Bachelor's degree/certification in the fields of emergency management, security management, project management, business continuity, or related disciplines
Experience with access control and CCTV systems such as C*Cure, Lenel, or Avigilon
Experience in emergency preparedness, developing and/or participating in incident response trainings and table top exercises
