Work directly with customers to understand workflows, data, and system constraints
Build and maintain integrations and production data pipelines
Configure and adapt AI-driven workflows for real-world use cases
Debug production issues across data, logic, and system behavior
Own pilots and deployments end-to-end and drive them into production
Feed field learnings back into product to improve reliability and performance
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering experience shipping production systems
Hands-on backend and API development
Experience deploying and operating AI systems in production
Comfort working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders
Ownership mindset in fast-moving startup environments
