Perform full-cycle accounting including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close activities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management summaries

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to operational leadership

Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies

Maintain fixed asset schedules, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting accuracy

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership to support business decisions
