Responsibilities
Capture and edit photos of events, programs, classes, and behind-the-scenes activities
Occasionally write or contribute to short articles, social media posts, or newsletters
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Community Relations and Creative Marketing Associate to plan content and ensure timely delivery
Maintain an organized content library of photography, video, and written content
Help manage and keep a well-organized content calendar to support strategic content planning and execution
Assist with videography projects, including filming and basic editing (preferred, but not required)
Qualification
Required
Completed two years of college/university undergraduate work in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field OR two years of related work experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient using Google Suite and social media platforms to include, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, etc
Interest in photography, videography, social media, marketing, communications, or nonprofit work
Basic knowledge of photography and/or video equipment; editing skills a plus
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Flexibility to attend on-site events and classes (remote work may be possible for certain tasks)
Preferred
Videography skills considered a plus
Assist with videography projects, including filming and basic editing (preferred, but not required)
