They are seeking a Client Manager for the Employee Health & Benefits team to provide assistance and technical expertise in the sale, placement, and service of employee benefits while forming effective business relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance and technical expertise in the sale, placement and service of employee benefits

Work closely with the Client Executive and Client Director to provide strategic guidance to clients

Partner as the daily go-to benefits professional

Form effective business relationships with clients through proactive client service

Manage renewals, provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries

Present at open enrollment meetings and ongoing problem resolution

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Understanding of the key challenges in Employee Benefits plans and current health care trends

Ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables, with effective problem-solving and resolution skills

Strong organizational, project planning and management, analytical, and multi-tasking skills

Excellent client relationship–building and presentation skills

Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required

Preferred

State Life/Health Insurance preferred (can obtain after hire)

3+ years industry experience preferred
