TPRM Director

Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the TPRM services portfolio
Develop go-to-market strategies and service offerings aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Own & manage P&L for TPRM service portfolio
Manage client relationships for further business growth and identify cross-sell consulting opportunities
Develop and execute service operations
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on TPRM, cybersecurity, and privacy matters
Lead large-scale TPRM program implementations, assessments, and managed services engagements
Build and mentor a high-performing team of TPRM professionals
Establish methodologies, templates, and accelerators to standardize delivery
Develop practice capabilities through TPRM knowledge enrichment by association with professional bodies/organizations
Drive adoption and optimization of leading TPRM platforms (e.g., ProcessUnity, Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust etc)
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance service capabilities
Manage partnership with leading platform vendors in TPRM space
Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, NIST, ISO
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in risk management, with at least 10 years focused on TPRM
Proven track record of leading TPRM programs for Fortune 500 or large enterprises
Deep understanding of cybersecurity, privacy regulations, and contract lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with TPRM platforms and tools (ProcessUnity, Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives in a consulting environment
Advanced degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or related field
Certifications such as CTPRP, CTPRA, CRVPM, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar
Experience in building and scaling consulting practices
