Manager of Sales and Marketing

Central Amusement International Inc. (CAI) is seeking an experienced, hands-on Manager of Sales and Marketing to lead all sales and marketing strategy and execution for Luna Park in Coney Island. This role is responsible for driving attendance, revenue growth, brand visibility, and team performance across all sales and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans aligned with revenue and attendance goals
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, paid advertising, media buying, promotions, PR, direct mail, online platforms, and collateral development
Oversee social media strategy, digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta platforms), SEO, website content (WordPress), and marketing automation tools
Ensure consistent execution of company branding in alignment with company culture and values
Track marketing performance metrics, ROI, and budget efficiency; adjust strategies as needed
Own and deliver annual sales, attendance, and revenue targets across all sales channels
Develop, manage, and execute sales strategies for group sales, special events, partnerships, promotions, and ticketing programs
Build, maintain, and grow a qualified sales pipeline; personally engage in high-value negotiations and key account relationships
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to inform pricing, promotions, and revenue strategies
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and corrective action plans to senior management
Develop and oversee an annual pass program that drives repeat visitation and increased revenue
Lead, train, coach, and develop Sales and Marketing team members through clear goal setting, delegation, and ongoing performance feedback
Conduct in-field coaching and performance evaluations to maximize productivity and results
Manage departmental labor and expense budgets to ensure efficiency and return on investment
Oversee the integrity, maintenance, and effective use of Sales and Marketing systems, including CRM and analytics platforms
Research, evaluate, and implement innovative sales and marketing tools, technologies, and solutions
Partner with senior leadership to support attendance planning, market penetration strategies, and pricing initiatives
Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and best practices through conferences and professional development
Perform other related duties consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the position

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing management, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, or related industries
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
Strong analytical, financial, and data-driven decision-making skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and WordPress
Practical knowledge of sales operations, marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends, due to the seasonal and operational needs of the amusement park business

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
