Fifth & Cor is a dynamic marketing company seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join their team. The role involves assisting in the creation and execution of social media content and digital marketing strategies, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

Create & Execute our clients’ content calendar across all existing social media channels & manage postings

Own community management by responding to comments & actively engaging with clients' & influencers' posts

Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic & customer engagement metrics

Work with internal teams to create the assets for their social media and marketing channels on-time & to the highest quality

Research audience preferences & discover current trends

Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

Report on online reviews & feedback from customers & fans

Manage external content creation via influencers, photographers and brand ambassadors

Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers including campaigns, promotions & contests

Create and execute marketing strategy from events, experiential retail, brand partnerships, guerrilla marketing to drive the greatest digital results

Required

Florida residents who currently live in Florida

Incredibly motivated and organized with great attention to detail

Ability to think creatively, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure

Passion for social media / PR / digital marketing/ influencer and brand ambassador

Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple responsibilities at once and consistently meet deadlines

Excellent writing and copy editing skills

Positive, 'no task is too small' attitude

Comfortable looking at the data to measure performance

Demonstrates winning customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution

Ability to identify problems head-on and propose sustainable solutions in a quick and efficient manner

Excellent organizational & time management skills including high attention to detail and rigor

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working knowledge of the marketing ecosystem

Strong creative eye and ability to create and identify brand assets

Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side

In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
