Division Pricing Group Lead
Kroger is the nation’s largest grocer with nearly 2,800 stores across 35 states. The Division Pricing Group Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of pricing strategies across centralized divisions to meet the enterprise's goals.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact on everyday pricing matters for division leadership (i.e., VPs, merchandisers, controllers, etc.)
Partner with Promo Planning to ensure everyday price positioning targets are accounted for in division-level financial plans and roll-ups
Manage team of division-aligned corporate pricing analysts
Collaborate with the department pricing lead to ensure department and category strategies and objectives are tailored and executed across divisions
Ensure all strategic pricing objectives are maintained within each division
Monitor overall price positioning versus competition by division and department
Oversee development of price zoning strategies specific to each division/market
Report on division performance to key leaders
Ensure strategic priorities are shared between General Office and the division
Provide input to departments in defining top-down budgets
Support divisions in conducting pricing program rollouts, working within Merch execution timelines
Collaborate with KTD in development of NEXT
Ensure strong talent pipeline and succession planning, in collaboration with HR
Create opportunities for growth, skill development, and career progression across specialized cohorts
Recognize and celebrate success and effective collaboration while evaluating ways to evolve/sustain success
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
Travel 10% to divisions and market competitors

Qualification
Required
Any demonstrated experience creating and using strategy to solve complex problems
Any experience leading and managing a team with direct and indirect reports
5+ years of experience working in pricing, merchandising, or operations for a retailer
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use data to drive decisions which enhance the customer experience
Ability to adapt to changing needs and expectations
Ability to influence across functions at all levels internally and externally
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree business administration, economics, math, statistics, or analytics
